I will show you how to access the profile, navigate to the offices section, and set up accountability measures for lead rotation. These measures can include mandating a certain number of calls or requiring agents to log into the system regularly. I will also explain how to handle follow-up accountability, such as responding to questions and showing requests. This video aims to provide clarity and help you make any necessary changes to the lead routing process.
