Embedding a Google Spreadsheet to your website!

With the new real estate rules taking place many have been trying to find a way to display their Buyer Brokerage Compensation so other agents can easily find this information. Once of the work arounds is using a spreadsheet and embed on their website for easy access to other agents.

Some ideas and workarounds are listed below .

ALWAYS speak with your Broker or Legal Team to stay in compliance!

I personally would have this on my website but not visible for the public, grab my own domain and have it forwarded to this page (or use bit.ly or rem.ax url shortner "customized") and use that to direct agents.

Another idea is to set up a text code message " For details text "Listings" to (smart #) and have an auto text go out that has a short message and your link. (Note: If you do this, make sure they won't automatically be set up on a Buyer drip campaign) ;-)

Add to any website! (We have been adding to our Agent HUB sites which has all of our office events, recruiting page & more)! You could also use a free google website, use linktree, Canva, etc to display this information!

If you have an agreement for each listing for the Buyer's agent, you could upload that pdf into Google Docs and link it in your spreadsheet as well! This may help with verbiage to stay in compliance s well... remarks that say Forms & details are here....

Here is how you can set up the google spreadsheet.

This example is using a Google Spreadsheet.  Publish to web and using the "link" add link to this iframe html code below.

To Publish Spreadsheet > File > Share > Publish to web.  Chose which Tab(s) you want to display.

Use this link to Open and COPY to edit and do the same for you!

Click Link to open Document > File > Make Copy > Edit Title and form as needed!

<iframe src="ENTER GOOGLE FORM LINK HERE" style="border:0px #ffffff none;" name="myiFrame" scrolling="no" frameborder="1" marginheight="0px" marginwidth="0px" height="1000px" width="700px" allowfullscreen></iframe>

<iframe src="ENTER GOOGLE FORM LINK HERE" style="border:0px #ffffff none;" name="myiFrame" scrolling="no" frameborder="1" marginheight="0px" marginwidth="0px" height="1000px" width="1200px" allowfullscreen=""></iframe>

Here is what it will look like! Watch the video below to watch me do it!
